Aldo
Franzioni is the Chief Executive Officer of Franzioni Group, a
business development and consulting firm based in US with subsidiaries
in Italy and Sweden founded in 1997. He is a consultant for American
and European multinational companies in High Technology, Telecommunications,
Information Technology, Bioinformatics and Internet markets.
Mr. Franzioni has a Doctorate Degree in Mathematics
from the University of Bologna, Italy, where he graduated cum laude.
He started his career in 1975 teaching Geometry to the Faculty
of mathematics of the Bologna University.
Between 1980 and 1988 he worked in Business Development establishing agreements
and partnerships with some of the most important American and European players
in the Information Technology and Telecommunication markets.
In 1988 he became Vice President of Business
Development for Ibimaint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Olivetti,
where he was responsible for completing product and service offerings
for the company. He completed the task of moving the company focus
into the Networking, site engineering and Telecommunication business.
In 1992 he joined the Olivetti Headquarters
in Ivrea and reported to the Executive VP of Professional Services
in the Telecommunication Service Development Group. Among other
accomplishments, he generated and negotiated the Hughes Network
Systems – Olivetti partnership in 1993 that created a US $ 55 Million
contract.
In 1994 Mr. Franzioni joined Geotek, a Wireless
Telecommunication company. As the Executive VP Business Development
he was responsible for establishing the marketing and strategic
approach to major countries for the innovative Geotek digital radio
technology. In that position he set-up partnerships and joint ventures,
among others, in Canada, Brazil, South Africa, England, Germany,
Korea, Mexico and Argentina.
Starting 1996, Mr. Franzioni has been President
of Bizcom, a wireless network operator based in Florida with operations
in selected markets of US.

Ivanioukhina

Lilia
Ivanioukhina was born in Moscow in 1956 and has lived and worked
in Sweden since 1988.
Ms. Ivanioukhina graduated from the Moscow Telecommunication Institute and
earned a Master's Degree in Telecommunications in June 1978. She completed
her education when she finished the Core Course of International Business and
Economics in 1996 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Ms. Ivanioukhina professional experience includes
marketing consulting in export-import companies which have strong
connections to East European areas specializing in Russia.
She has acquired an extensive background as
a Business Development Manager, Project Manager and Market Analyst.
Ms. Ivanioukhina has effectively helped the company thrive and
develop in different markets both geographically and virtually
by putting in practice the experience acquired during her stay
in Italy between 1978 and 1983. Ms. Ivanioukhina started her own
trading company in 1996.
By applying highly creative skills and being
orientated to the results the company, she has built a network
of customers with marketing communication needs. Ms. Ivanioukhina
is fluent in Russian, Swedish and English with more than 10 years
of experience in the Import/Export industry.
Mr. Jan Agri

Mr.
Agri has more than 10 years of experience from business development
in a multinational context. He has worked with a number of different
industries with products, services and software. He holds a Master
of Science, Mechanical Engineering, from the Royal Institute of
Technology, KTH, in Stockholm with a Major in Industrial Marketing.
He has most recently worked as Business Development Manager and Product Manger
for Alzato; a venture owned by Ericsson built on a high performance Telecom
database NDB Cluster.
Before this assignment, he worked in Electrolux
as Venture Manager and member of the management team for the business
development unit New & Future Business focused on products
and services for the Intelligent Home. Carried the responsibility
of managing a team mapping consumer needs and trends for the development
to support the development of new products, services and business
models. He was also appointed as Advisor to E2-Home, a joint venture
between Electrolux and Ericsson and became a board member of Kungsback's
IT Center, Gavle, on behalf of Electrolux Home Products.
In 1995-1999 Mr. Agri served as a strategy consultant in the Electrolux
group, and for the management of Scania Trucks, IKEA International
and Becker Acroma.
He focused his activity on supporting management teams to identify and develop
new business opportunities based on analysis of competitive conditions and
business scenarios. In addition, he was responsible for the group’s business
and competence development regarding an advanced form of operational leasing
called Functional Sales. He also served as vice chairman of the Swedish Association
of Environmental managers, 1996-1998.
In 1993-1995, he was Project manager at The
Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, responsible for
the financing, management and presentation of an international “benchmarking” study
of 50 internationally leading companies. The project was carried
out in close collaboration with McKinsey & Co. and was documented
as an IVA publication that has been called a landmark and a best
seller.
In 1989-1993, Mr. Agri was Project manager
at ABB Flakt’s business development unit New Ventures. He reported
to the Vice President of technology and business development and
later to the president of ABB Environmental Services, USA. His
tasks included leading an international assessment of ABB Flakt’s
40 largest manufacturing units and several environmental due diligence
studies in Poland for ABB.

Mr.
Flavio Barani was born in Reggio Emilia (Italy) in 1975. He became
part of Franzioni Associates since November 2002 and now he is
working as Business Development Director in the New York office.
Flavio has been developing several projects
related to the international management and negotiation of corporate
and marketing strategies.
Before entering Franzioni Associates, Flavio
worked as external consultant for private companies where he focused
on BPR and business strategy.
Flavio graduated in Management Engineering
from the “Universita’ di Modena e Reggio Emilia” in 2001. He earned
the state qualification of Engineer from the University of Bologna
in 2002, specializing in industrial production management.
Flavio is fluent in Spanish and English and
is also an external reporter for an Italian ceramic and tiles industry

Piero
Franzioni was born in Bologna (Italy) in 1974.
Mr.
Franzioni graduated with honors in Business and Economics in
1999 at University of Bologna, which has one of the most respected
economic departments in the country’s academic environment.
After having acquired deep knowledge on industry analysis,
focusing in particular on the public utility sector, he moved
to New York City to broaden his financial and international
skills.
From
1999 to 2001 Mr. Franzioni worked in the corporate finance
department of a New York-based brokerage company. During that
time, he participated in deals that led to the completion of
both equity and debt financing rounds of small business companies
within different industries.
In
2001 he worked in the Corporate Banking department of an Italian
bank’s New York branch; he had the opportunity to deepen his
knowledge on big corporations financing and to test his skills
on balance sheets and companies analysis. He also performed
